Requesting accommodations
To request auxiliary aids, services or accommodations, please complete the request form found below and submit it by email to clerk@co.pacific.wa.us or mail to the Clerk’s Office, clerk@co.pacific.wa.us.
When possible, please make requests at least two weeks before the event where services will be needed.
